Visitors Flock Ragunan Zoo Today

People flocked Ragunan Zoo on Jalan Harsono RM, Ragunan Urban Village, Pasar Minggu Sub-district, South Jakarta since national holiday on May 9, 2024 up to today.

Ragunan Zoo will celebrate Gorilla's Kumbo and Kihi birthday

Ragunan Zoo Service and Public Relation Staff, Wahyudi Bambang, said number of visitor reached 50 thousand from Thursday (5/9) to Saturday (5/11).

"Number of visitor reached 37,821 people on Thursday, May 9 ago," he said, Saturday (5/11).

He added that number of visitor up to today's noon reached 9,261 people; 1,055 people bought ticket via online and 8,206 via offline.

"Visitor using motorcycle reached 1,213 units and car 921 units," he added.

According to him, the peak of visit will happen on Sunday (5/12) tomorrow. Moreover, Ragunan Zoo will celebrate Gorilla's Kumbo and Kihi birthday.

"I urge visitors to continue to obey the rules by not littering and looking after their families, especially children," he added.

Meanwhile, one of visitors from Banten, Arsyad (34), stated he came to Ragunan Zoo to acknowledge animals to his children.

"Ticket price is affordable. We can spend holiday while learning here," he stated.
